Controller

The Controller will report directly to the CEO and is an integral part of the management team. The ideal candidate must display an ability to work well with inter-company departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting team and normal accounting functions (A/P, A/R, Inventory control, Payroll, etc.)
• Timely preparation/review of monthly financial statements
• Accounts receivable management
• Cash flow management
• Preparation of monthly management reports
• Liaison with outside accounting firms, insurance agents, bank treasury management and brokerage department

Job Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant
• 15 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years leading an accounting team
• Thorough knowledge of and hands-on experience with Sage or a similar ERP system (Bus Central, NetSuite, SAP, Acumatica)
• Strong Excel skills
